Formación Permanente

Curso de Formación Permanente = 8 o 16horas

 

PRESENTACIÓN

El programa de Formación permanente de EALA está pensado para la especialización de grupos o personas que trabajan voluntaria o profesionalmente en el ámbito del Tiempo Libre y la Animación Sociocultural.

 

Eala desarrolla el proyecto junto con expertos, entidades públicas o privadas y asociaciones infantiles y juveniles.

 

OBJETIVOS

• Atender a las necesidades formativas actuales del Tiempo Libre y la Animación Sociocultural.

• Favorecer el intercambio de experiencias entre personas o grupos mediante la formación y el reciclaje.

• Proponer diferentes modelos de Formación Permanente que se adapten a las demandas de los participantes.

 

DESTINATARIOS

Asociaciones Juveniles, Voluntariado Organizado, Personas relacionadas con el mundo del Tiempo Libre y la Animación Sociocultural, Monitores y/o Coordinadores (voluntarios o profesionales), Animadores Socioculturales, Alumnosde Magisterio, etc.

 

EN CUALQUIERA DE NUESTROS CURSOS DEBES ACEPTAR

• LA ASISTENCIA ES OBLIGATORIA A TODAS LAS HORAS DEL CURSO. (EALA SE RESERVA EL DERECHO DE EXIGIR LA RECUPERACIÓN DE AQUELLAS MATERIAS A LAS QUE SE FALTEN).

• ES IMPORTANTE SER PUNTUAL, TENER UNA PARTICIPACIÓN ACTIVA, SER CREATIVO, MOSTRAR UN INTERÉS PERSONAL POR LAS CLASES, ASÍ COMO UNA CIERTA CAPACIDAD DE TRABAJO.

• LOS CURSOS SON UNA BUENA OPORTUNIDAD PARA RELACIONARTE CON GENTE NUEVA, PARA CREAR ESPACIOS DE ENCUENTRO, DIVERSIÓN Y TRABAJO DIFERENTES A LOS DE SIEMPRE.

• UNA SALIDA DE FIN DE SEMANA ES UN ENCUENTRO DE FORMACIÓN, NO UNA SIMPLE “ACAMPADA”, POR LO QUE DEBES ASUMIR Y RESPETAR UNAS NORMAS DE CONVIVENCIA (HORARIOS, DINÁMICA DE LA CLASE, EVITAR TOMAR ALCOHOL, DROGAS O CUALQUIER OTRA SITUACIÓN QUE REPERCUTA EN EL RENDIMIENTO DEL GRUPO, ETC.).

• MOSTRAR UNA ACTITUD POSITIVA DE PARTICIPACIÓN EN LAS DIFERENTES METODOLOGIAS QUE SE DEN EN LAS CLASES QUE SE IMPARTAN Y SOBRE TODO RESPETAR LAS IDEAS AJENAS, AUNQUE NO LAS COMPARTAS.

• UNA EVALUACIÓN NEGATIVA DEL EQUIPO COORDINADOR DE EALA SOBRE ALGUNO DE ESTOS PUNTOS PUEDE SER MOTIVO DE EXCLUSIÓN O SUSPENSIÓN DEL CURSO.
